“We purchased our Sapphire home 6 years ago. Although the house met most f our needs, the grounds needed considerable attention. We worked with numerous landscape contractors the first 4 year with disappointing results. The garden areas in front lacked the floral intensity desired and, most discouraging, we were unable to establish an attractive backyard lawn. Two seasons ago TLC was employed.
